This the question i used to ask myself every time i visited a foreign land. Why is India is most
Littered country ( my self-proclaimed ranking), but it would definitely be the front-runner. What is perplexing me is cleanliness is there in our Hindu culture and the same Hindu will go and litter once out of the house.
